Dear Parents/Guardians,

In the coming months we are implementing a new telephone messaging service throughout our District.  This new service is called Connect-ED.

The Connect-ED service will enable us to personally communicate with parents about emergency situations, school events and important issues impacting children.  It will allow us to send personalized voice messages to your family’s home, work, or cell phones.  Essentially, the Building Principal can make one phone call that reaches all of his or her students’ families within minutes.

Based on the system’s proven track record, we know this message service will improve school and district-wide communications with parents and school system employees.

Please complete and return the attached worksheet indicating the three (3) numbers that you would like called as part of this new calling system.  Please note, this system does not call work extension numbers.  The numbers currently in our student information system will be called, if you do not complete and return the attached worksheet below.

Please contact your Building Principal if you require further information regarding Connect-ED.
