YEMS is a process-based event which allows musically astute 3rd and 4th graders of Ulster County a chance to sing,dance,play recorders and Orff instruments in an all-county like setting.
This year's festivities will be held in Ellenville. |
Directions to Ellenville
(We meet at HS auditorium)
From NYC or the south:
Follow NYS Thruway to exit 16, Harriman.
Follow 17 (I86) West to exit 113 (Wurtsboro)
209 North to the 3rd traffic Light (3rd traffic light from exit is almost 20 miles)
Make right turn onto Canal, go about 1/2 mile
Make left on to Yankee
Through next stop sign into our parking lot.
The first building on the right is our Elementary School, then the Middle School, then the High School
and finally our Central Office.
From the north:
Follow NYS Thruway to exit 18, Kingston
Follow rte 209 South to Ellenville
Pass McDonalds on your right
Make left turn at light onto Canal, go about 1/2 mile
Make left on to Yankee
Through next stop sign into our parking lot.

and finally our Central Office.
From New Paltz:
Follow 44/55 West to "T"
Left onto Rte 209
Follow rte 209 South to Ellenville
Pass McDonalds on your right
Make left turn at light onto Canal, go about 1/2 mile
