 | Yup...another 4th grade test!
The
"Selmer Music Band Survey" will be administered this month, during general music classes.
Not to worry...this should be a stress free test which assesses strengths and weaknesses in pitch discrimination and rhythm. It is one of the tools for determining placement in the 5th grade band. |
 We would like to reinstate our "MUSIC IN OUR SCHOOL'S MONTH MINI-CONCERT."
If you take lessons on an instrument which is not offered in school, let's showcase your talent in this school-day event! |
Students who take private lessons on a non-band instrument are always invited to play for their classmates. In the past we have had a MIOSM concert featuring these soloists, however mother nature has interfered with the planning last year. If you would like to see a short recital put together as a building assembly, let me know. |
