This is a great project that allows students to work on their drafting, designing and construction skills.

Are you up for the challenge of being this year's champ?
Students draw the layout of the air racer. Once all parts have been drawn, students cut the parts out. Next, students design their air racer.
Lab Procedure- Students use the box and pan break to fold their parts. The air racer is assembled using hot glue. The brad is then attached to launch the air racer.
This is a great project that helps develop measuring skills as well as drafting skills. Accuracy is crucial for this project to work correctly.
