Career Development: Students will be knowledgeable about the world of work, explore career options, and relate personal skills, aptitudes, and abilities to future career decisions.
Background Our first Career Day started with approximately 20 parent participants in 1994. It was a great experience for our Middle School students. Currently the average number of participants has reached 80. Get involved and become part of the educational team by sharing your work experiences -daily duties and educational requirements. This experience is an eye-opener for our students. Career Day is a day they start realizing that the basic skills they are learning today will help them to reach their goals and prepare for their future role as a working adult. Career Assessment Pamphlets - Students will participate in an assessment evaluation, which will help him or her to discover where their interests lie. Career Research and Reports.
