By Wallkill Board of Education authorization, effective immediately, any Wallkill Senior High School student who is given a speeding ticket on the way to school or on the way home from school shall have his/her parking privileges revoked until such time as the court finds the student guilty or innocent. If found guilty, the student shall lose all parking privileges for a period of one year. If found innocent, the student’s parking privileges will be reinstated. |
