SchoolTool Parent Portal

The Wallkill Central School District now provides parents with the benefit of password-protected online access to your child's marking period grades, schedule, and attendance information. The District is making this available in an effort to improve communications to you about your child's progress to date.

If you do not have an active Parent Portal account, pleaseemail Ms. Tracey Rohl at wcsdparent@wallkillcsd.k12.ny.us for activation.

Login particulars and links follow:

• Microsoft Edge and Chrome for Windows, and Safari for Mac are the only web browsers officially supported by SchoolTool.
• Remember to use the complete email address that you've tied to your SchoolTool account as your username, and enter the initial password exactly as it was supplied.
• If you do not seem to be receiving emails from Wallkill CSD, please check your junk mail/spam folder. If correspondence from wcsdparent@wallkillcsd.k12.ny.us appears there, please add this address to your list of “safe senders”. Instructions to do so should be available via the Help function for your particular email system.
• If changing your password, please remember to use 8+ characters with upper and lower case letters as well as numbers.
• If you have changed your password and are having difficulties logging in, please exit your browser and give the system approximately 30 minutes to refresh.
• Note that after five (5) incorrect attempts to log in, the system will lock you out for security purposes.  Please contact us per below to be unlocked.
• Please note that the application is closed between midnight and 5:00 a.m. every day for maintenance.
