2020 Annual Budget Vote and Election - June 9, 2020

The Annual Meeting and Election will be held by absentee ballot only, on Tuesday, June 9, 2020, for the purposes of electing three (3) members of the Board of Education at large and for the purpose of voting upon two propositions.

Any qualified voter* shall be entitled to vote via absentee ballot. Voters are qualified if they are: (a) a U.S. citizen; (b) at least 18 years old; (c) a resident of the district for at least thirty days prior to June 9th; and (d) not otherwise ineligible to vote under Section 5-106 of the Election Law.

Absentee ballots will be mailed on or about May 22, 2020, to all registered voters via USPS.  If you are a registered voter and do not receive an absentee ballot by May 29, 2020, please contact District Clerk, Kelli Corcoran at 895-7101 or kcorcoran@wallkillcsd.k12.

*If you are an unregistered voter, who meets the definition of a qualified voter, you may request an absentee ballot by completing the "Request for Absentee Ballot" form.
